Provide the planned stops with your booking. The itinerary is supported during the confirmed hourly duration, subject to traffic, access, parking and operating conditions.

Should I book a transfer or an hourly charter?

A direct transfer is generally simpler for one confirmed journey. Where the day includes several stops or waiting, the hourly arrangement may be more appropriate.

Does the same chauffeur remain with the itinerary?

The chauffeur and selected vehicle remain assigned during the confirmed charter period. A requested extension remains subject to availability.

Can I change the stop order during the day?

Changes can be requested within the booked duration, but remain subject to traffic, venue access, operating conditions and chauffeur availability.

Is waiting included?

Waiting at itinerary stops is included during the booked hourly duration. Time beyond that duration follows the confirmed extension terms.

Are late-night charges, ERP and parking included?

ERP, CBD road charges and standard parking are included. A S$15 late-night surcharge per vehicle applies when the hourly service overlaps 11pm to 6:59am, as disclosed before confirmation.

Is same-day service available?

Can I request a larger vehicle?
