Where operationally possible, chauffeur continuity can be requested so the guest does not need to re-explain preferences every day. Final assignments remain subject to availability, working-hour requirements and the confirmed programme. If luggage will remain in the vehicle between stops, or if the vehicle is expected to remain available while guests attend meetings or meals, this should be included in the booking brief so the arrangement can be reviewed correctly.
