Do you track flights live for airport arrivals?

Yes. After payment and written confirmation, confirmed airport arrival bookings are manually tracked in real time using FlightRadar to support pickup coordination. Tracking does not waive the confirmed 60-minute arrival waiting policy or guarantee automatic timing or terminal changes.

How long is the waiting time for airport pickup?

We provide complimentary waiting time of up to 60 minutes after your flight lands, for both international and domestic arrivals.

How much waiting time is included for a departure transfer?

Accepted Answer

For departure transfers to the airport, the first 15 minutes at the pickup point is complimentary, after which your chauffeur graciously allows a further two blocks of 15 minutes each at S$15 per block. At 45 minutes of total waiting, the booking converts to the applicable minimum hourly charter — the earlier waiting charges are replaced by the hourly charge, not added on top — so the applicable waiting-time terms remain clear and the chauffeur remains available during the booked waiting period.

How do I book?

Accepted Answer

Use our online booking form for eligible journeys, or submit a request by WhatsApp or phone. Manual requests are reviewed, and the requested vehicle and pickup time are not confirmed until written confirmation is issued.

Question 6

Which Changi terminals do you cover, and do you serve Seletar Airport?

Accepted Answer

Requests may cover Changi Airport terminals T1, T2, T3 and T4, Jewel access points, and Seletar Airport for private and chartered flights. Enter the terminal when booking; the confirmed arrangement will state the applicable meeting or pickup point, subject to written confirmation, vehicle availability and operating conditions.

Are ERP, road tolls and parking included in the airport fare?

Your quoted airport fare includes ERP, CBD road usage, airport parking and fuel. No demand-based surge pricing. A S$15 late-night surcharge, selected public-holiday or major-event surcharges, and optional add-ons such as meet & greet (S$5) or child seats (S$15 each) are disclosed before confirmation.

Will my luggage fit, and which vehicle should I choose?

Vehicle luggage capacity varies: the Mercedes-Benz E-Class suits 2–3 passengers with a couple of bags, while the Toyota Alphard (from S$98), Mercedes V-Class (from S$128) and 13-seater Toyota Hiace (from S$108) carry larger luggage loads with ease. Tell us your passenger and bag count when booking and we'll recommend the right vehicle so everything fits comfortably.
