Our minimum booking is 3 hours. After the first 3 hours, additional time is billed in 30-minute increments at the same hourly rate, so you only pay for the time you actually use.

Yes — multi-stop itineraries are exactly what hourly hire is designed for. There is no limit on the number of stops or how long the chauffeur waits at each one. Just share your rough itinerary and we will plan an efficient route.

What happens if I run over my booked hours?

Accepted Answer

Your chauffeur will quietly let you know about 15 minutes before your time is up. If you decide to extend, additional time is added at your original hourly rate (billed per 30 minutes). No penalty fees, no surge.

Is there a grace period if I'm late to start my hourly booking?

Accepted Answer

There is no separate complimentary grace period for hourly charter bookings — the booked time starts at the pickup time you indicate and your chauffeur is on standby from that moment. Because the entire vehicle and chauffeur are reserved for you, you can commence the journey any time after your indicated start time within the booked duration. If you would like to extend the end time, just let your chauffeur know and additional time is billed at your original hourly rate.

Can the chauffeur speak Mandarin or other languages?

Yes. We have chauffeurs who speak fluent English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu. Please note your language preference when booking and we will assign the most suitable driver.

For multi-stop itineraries with waiting time — almost always yes. A typical 6-hour Singapore tour with 5 stops can cost S$200–S$350 in Grab fares including waiting and surge, versus S$588 for a Toyota Alphard hourly booking with the same chauffeur and vehicle the entire day, no per-trip waiting charges.

Yes, weddings are one of the most popular use cases. Mercedes S-Class is the favourite bridal car choice; V-Class is ideal for ferrying immediate family between gate-crash, church or temple, photo locations and the hotel reception. Decorations are not provided.

Yes, hourly chauffeur service is available 24/7. Pickups between 11pm and 6:59am incur a S$15 late-night surcharge per vehicle, regardless of duration.
