Terminal 4 is not connected to the other terminals via Skytrain, so allow additional transfer time if moving between T4 and other terminals or Jewel.
For meetings within Jewel Changi Airport, the pickup location is agreed through the confirmed arrangement with prevailing access and traffic conditions considered.
