For a straightforward Changi Airport arrival or departure with one confirmed destination, a direct airport transfer is usually the simplest arrangement. Where the same day includes several stops, meetings, uncertain timings or a need for the chauffeur to remain available after the airport movement, hourly service may be more practical. If the itinerary continues across several days, a multi-day chauffeur arrangement may be more suitable.
Before booking, share the flight details, passenger and luggage count, confirmed destination, any additional stops, whether Meet & Greet is required and the wider timing of the onward itinerary. We can then review the most appropriate transport arrangement while the existing airport waiting-time policy continues to apply.

Meet & Greet is optional unless it is expressly included in your confirmed package. For the standard fleet, the Meet & Greet charge is S$5.
Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from the actual landing time. Thereafter, S$15 applies per 15-minute block for up to two blocks. Beyond the 90-minute arrival waiting window, the booking converts to the applicable minimum hourly arrangement and the earlier waiting charges are replaced rather than added on top.
